Dr. Connelley is on the staff at all local hospitals and rehabilitation facilities and many outpatient surgery centers as well. We work with a wide range of other local health care providers and volunteer ourselves at several health care outreaches to indigent patients. We offer residential care to many of our patients who have become housebound or who are in local long-term care facilities.
